Processing Time Orders take 2–5 business days to process before shipping. This time allows for order verification, quality control, and the careful packaging of your PAZ Signature hair and personal care products.

Shipping Time U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed. Please note that these timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.

Tracking A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.

Non-Liability Disclaimer PAZ Signature is not liable for shipping and delivery issues caused by external parties. Once an order leaves our facility, the following items are outside of our control: delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS); incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer; or lost and stolen packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier's tracking system.
