Refund policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products being personal care and hygiene items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with scent or texture.

Eligibility for Claims (Damaged/Defective/Incorrect) We only provide refunds or replacements if we have made an error or if your item arrived damaged. You must contact hq@pazsignature.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a claim.

Required Evidence To process a claim, you must provide your order number and proof of purchase, and clear photo or video evidence of the damage, defect, or the incorrect item received. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence will be denied.

Return Process If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. No refunds will be issued for unauthorized returns. Shipping costs for authorized returns of damaged or defective goods will be covered by us.

Non-Refundable Items We do not accept returns for used or opened personal care goods, sale items, custom products, or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all packaging intact. You must contact us at hq@pazsignature.com within this 14-day window to initiate the process.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
